Discipleship – Changing from the Inside
Becoming a Christian disciple means that we are not only called to learn the teachings of Jesus Christ, we are also called to live them. A disciple seeks to base his or her life on the teachings of Christ “like a person building a house, who dug a deep hole to lay the foundation on rock” (Luke 6:48). After we make our initial commitments in the baptismal covenant, our relationship with Christ begins a process that changes us from the inside out, as we grow in our ability to understand his Word and in the desire to live it.

Following Christ is a program designed to help those, who have begun their life in Christ to continue growth as they seek to follow Jesus Christ as a disciple. By God's grace we accomplish this by praying together, teaching, and supporting one another as we explore some of the basic disciplines practiced by Christians since the early Church. Over several weeks, participants will gather for a shared meal, prayer, an exploration of an aspect of Christian living and small group discussion.

Hearing God in the Scriptures
Outward Signs and Inward Realities: The Power of the Sacraments
Forgiving One Another
The Spirit-Empowered Life
God's Mission - Our Mission
